OREANDA-NEWS  On 14 October was announced, that X5 Retail Group N.V., the largest retail company in Russia by sales volume, (далее – "X5"), won top prize in the 2007 Top 100 Russian retail business ratings and took first place in the category for “Best sales network of products in mass demand”.

The XI Russian Trade Summit was held among the owners of retail companies on October 7. The Summit organizers were the National Trade Association and the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry with the support of the Moscow International Business Association. During the summit, a ceremony was held to award prizes according to the results of the Top 100 Russian retail business ratings, which are Russia-wide ratings of retail companies working in the central, northwestern, Ural-Siberian and southern regions of Russia. X5 was the winner among more than 200 sales networks participating in the ratings.
