OREANDA-NEWS. October 13, 2008. Atomenergoprom OJSC has become the owner of 100% of shares of 16 open joint stock companies and 50%+1 of shares of 1 OJSC reorganized from federal state unitary enterprises (FSUE) by a presidential decree.

Particularly, Atomenergoprom OJSC has been given 100% of shares of Atomtechenergo OJSC, Isotope All-Regional Association OJSC, Atom Service OJSC, VNIPIET OJSC (Krasnoyarsk), Atomenergoproekt Nizhniy Novgorod OJSC, VNIPIET (Nizhniy Novgorod), Zarubezhatomenergostroy OJSC, Zhilkomservice OJSC, Baikal Hotel Complex OJSC, Institute for Physico-Technical Problems OJSC (Dubna), Dedal Scientific-Industrial Complex OJSC, Atomspetstrans OJSC, Research Center for Applied Physics OJSC, Media Center of Nuclear Industry OJSC, Atomenergoremont OJSC, Kurskturboatomenergoremont OJSC and 50%+1 of shares of VNIIAEM.

In 2007 the Government completed the transfer of 31 civil nuclear companies into the ownership of Atomenergoprom. Now Atomenergoprom is supposed to be given the shares of 55 FSUEs to be reorganized into OJSCs.
