OREANDA-NEWS. October 13, 2008. The European Union has suspended its travel ban on the Belarusian high-ranking officials, inform the news agencies referring to Foreign Minister of Bulgaria Ivailo Kalfin.

In his words, the foreign ministers of 27 EU member-states that convened in Luxemburg took such a decision as the situation with human rights has improved in Belarus.
