OREANDA-NEWS. On October 08, 2008 Joint-stock real estate investment fund Velikaya Stena (Almaty, in the heading - REIF Velikaya Stena), common share of which are traded in the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with a copy of amendments to the share issue prospectus of the company, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The amendments were registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (AFS) September 22, 2008 and entered due to compliment of information on the effective date of the corporate management code, composition of the Board of Directors and the Board of the Company and organizational units of the company.
