OREANDA-NEWS. On October 08, 2008 Ukrzaliznytsia announced plans to attract UAH 1,200bn loans by the end of the year to purchase new carriages, locomotives and develop railway infrastructure, Transport and Communications Minister Yosyp Vinskyi said when attending the Ukrainian State Center for Railway Refrigerator Transportation.

The minister also said Ukrzaliznytsia also means to draw loans to the tune of UAH 5 billion next year.
