OREANDA-NEWS. October 09, 2008. The Salekhard agency of ROSNO’s Yamalo-Nenets branch has concluded a contract for insurance coverage of civil liability of the state unitary enterprise “District Technical Inventarization Centre” under the risk of inflicting damage to the customer under the property appraisal contract or property damage to third parties, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

The state enterprise of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug "District Technical Inventarization Centre" carries out works related to the real estate transactions (technical registration and inventory of buildings, installations, apartments, and rooms) and independent appraisal of property (rooms and apartments, garages, and shops).

The concluded contract provides insurance coverage against the risk of inflicting damage to a person concluding a property appraisal contract with the enterprise. The insured accident is the fact of damage inflicted through any act or omission of the appraiser in violation of the provisions of RF law regulating appraisal operations and other regulations. Furthermore, the contract covers the risk of inflicting property damage to third parties as a result of incompetent actions of the Centre's employees.

The contract has been concluded for one year and can be extended further. The insurance amount is 30,000,000 roubles.
