According to the results of September,2008 BTA Bank has strengthened its position and gained 2 points getting up to the 7th position from the 9th one occupied earlier in the MICEX rating “Leading Operators of the Exchange Market of Convertible Currency”, reported the press-centre of BTA Bank.

According to the MICEX rating a bank’s position in the rating is determined by its share of executed transactions in the total net turnover of trades at the Joint Trading Session over the last moth.
