OREANDA-NEWS. A meeting took place in Moscow on October 8 between Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus Sergey Martynov.

Issues relating to the preparation of a meeting of the CIS Council of Foreign Ministers in Bishkek on October 9 were examined. Problems of further deepening Russia-Belarus foreign policy interaction also were discussed.
