OREANDA-NEWS. On October 07, 2008 Kazakhstan Mortgage Company (Almaty) informed in an official letter of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) that on October 1, 2008 the company paid the coupon interests to holders of mortgage bonds of the following issues, reported the press-centre of KASE:

- KZ2CKY10A986 (KZIKb3; KZT1, KZT5.0 bn.; 01.12.03 - 01.04.14, semiannual coupon 16.70 % APR for the reporting period) - of the tenth coupon in the amount KZT273,921,750.0;

- KZ2CKY10B075 (KZIKb4; KZT1, KZT5.0 bn.; 01.02.04 - 01.04.14, semiannual coupon 16.20 % APR for the reporting period) - of the tenth coupon in the amount KZT265,720,500.0;

- KZ2CKY05B216 (KZIKb5; KZT1, KZT5.0 bn.; 01.06.04 - 01.04.09, semiannual coupon 16.09 % APR for the reporting period) - of the tenth coupon in the amount KZT402,250,000.0;

- KZ2CKY07B220 (KZIKb6; KZT1, KZT5.0 bn.; 01.06.04 - 01.04.11, semiannual coupon 16.09 % APR for the reporting period) - of the ninth coupon in the amount KZT330,737,995.0;

- KZ2CKY07B303 (KZIKb7; KZT1, KZT5.0 bn.; 01.06.04 - 01.04.11, semiannual coupon 15.80 % APR for the reporting period) - of the eighth coupon in the amount KZT395,000,000.0;

- KZ2CKY10B315 (KZIKb8; KZT1, KZT5.0 bn.; 01.10.04 - 01.10.14, semiannual coupon 15.80 % APR for the reporting period) - of the eighth coupon in the amount KZT395,000,000.0.

Kazakhstan Mortgage Company informed on partial repayment of bonds KZ2CKY10A853 for the amount KZT300,000,000.0, made in accordance with the bond issue prospectus.

All the bonds were included in the official list of KASE of the first sub-category of category "Non-rated debt securities". According to the issue prospectuses the value of the coupon interest thereon changes twice a year depending on the inflation rate Kazakhstan.
