OREANDA-NEWS. October 07, 2008. Extraordinary stockholders' meeting of "Omsky Kauchuk", CJSC occurred,* reported the press-centre of Titan.

The meeting was held by the External Manager of the Joint-stock company Oleg Anatolyevich Muhin.

** On August 1 of the year 2008 was held the meeting of competitive creditors, "Omsky Kauchuk", CJSC, where the decision was made to conclude an agreement of lawsuit and to close the procedure of external control. According to the Russian Federation legislation, the materials of the meeting were issued to the Arbitrage.

On September 9, 2008 the arbitrage of Omsk region passed the decision approving the agreement of lawsuit and the abatement of suit No К/Э-16 (admitting bankruptcy of JSC, "Omsky Kauchuk"). External management of JSC, "Omsky Kauchuk" is stopped.
