Forum Bank Opened Three Outlets
OREANDA-NEWS On 09 October was announced, that one of the largest Ukrainian banks, Forum bank (FORM), opened three outlets.
The bank said this in the report.
In particular, the bank opened the outlets at 61 Fontanska Doroha Street in Odesa, 24 Hoholia Street in Yalta, Crimea, and at 1Б Yarmarochna Street in Kremenchuk, Poltava region.
The financial institution provides the full range of banking services in its new outlets.
Currently, there are 30 registered branches and 293 outlets of the bank.
This year, the bank opened 22 structure divisions.
By the end of 2008, the bank intends to create a regional chain of 350 divisions.
By July 1, 2008, Forum bank's net assets were UAH 15,415.3 million, credit portfolio was UAH 11,256.8 million and capital was UAH 1,388.9 million.
The bank ended January-June 2008 with a net profit of UAH 41.602 million and 2007 with UAH 52.582 million.
60% + 1 share in the bank belong to German Commerzbank.
Forum was previously owned by businessman Leonid Yurushev.
