IDGC of Centre Top Managers Meeting in Belgorodenergo Finished
OREANDA-NEWS On 09 October was announced, that the business meeting of IDGC of Centre, JSC top managers organised in Belgorodenergo and focused on the performance of the Automation System Project of the company approached its end.
The meeting was organised under the three-day programme of celebration of the tenth anniversary of SAP operation in Belgorodenergo, an IDGC of Centre, JSC subsidiary.
Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre, JSC for Information Technologies and Business Design Pavel Obukhov made a presentation about how the information system of IDGC of Centre, JSC, that includes eleven subsidiaries, was established and is functioning.
Initially the strategy of IDGC of Centre, JSC was focused on construction of a hi-tech, i.e., an effective network company with high potential of growth. It was possible to achieve the set goals with the help of SAP ERP software.
"This is the most flexible and dynamic system among all world analogues," said Pavel Obukhov. "It is 'global', i.e., it includes all spheres of our activity. More and more employees start working with it, and the problems that usually take a lot of time to solve and do not exclude mistakes are solved very easily and simply in IDGC of Centre, JSC through the uniform information space. This is SAP-based uniform complex solution.
I'd like to stress that one of the necessary conditions of establishment of a full-fledged information system is a complex and overall automation of the whole process of the company management. In future it will be possible the information system will involve not only all employees, but also IDGC of Centre, JSC clients and partners.
Now we are working on construction of the platform of a constructive cooperation with building and repair companies. All this is done in order to solve effectively common tasks. Pavel Obukhov presented to the participants a model of information exchange of the network complex, having dwelled on the sages of implementation of certain modules and also functional possibilities of SAP CRM system. The project of establishment of a uniform client data base - CRM system - has already been launched in IDGC of Centre. It will allow to save and manage the information on the clients, know all their needs and even anticipate them. It is important to do everything in this direction, so that communication with clients would be the most effective, easy and clear.
A round-table conference was organised during the meeting, where the project participants discussed the issues of data collection and verification, teaching of users, etc. The three-day meeting programme will be finished by discussion of the plans for 2009-2010.
