OREANDA-NEWS  On 09 October was announced, that OJSC RTS informed its trading participant that in accordance with the Federal Financial Markets Service’s instruction, trading for transactions concluded on the basis of negotiated orders is resumed at 5.10pm Moscow time (October 8).
