OREANDA-NEWS  On 08 October was announced, that the sales of the last state-owned stake in Mariupol Heavy Machine Engineering (PFTS: MZVM) will start from USD 1.4 mn. Meanwhile, on PFTS SE as at October 6 close the market value of this stake was about USD 9.2 mn.

It will be proposed to sell 1.69 mn shares in this company.

We would like to remind the reader that the State Property Fund of Ukraine planned to sell the stake in Mariupol Heavy Machine Engineering on Donetsk SE on March 29, 2006, however, later, the stake was withdrawn from sales.
