OREANDA-NEWS. October 06, 2008. Assets of Pakhta Bank made up 1.153 trillion soums as of 1 July 2008, while its credit portfolio comprised 871.7 billion soums.

Agriculture sector is the priority of the bank and its share in credit portfolio of the bank made up 60% from total credit investments of the bank. About 40% of credit portfolio is long-term credits. The securities portfolio of Pakhta Bank comprised 7.6 billion soums.

The charter capital of the bank increased four times to 50 billion soums. At the end of the first half of 2008, there was 364.4 billion soums at the accounts of clients.
