OREANDA-NEWS. October 6, 2008. Sergey Kogoghin, Director General of KAMAZ Inc. is among the top ten most professional Russian managers in the rating of the Kommersant Publishing House and the Russian Managers Association.

He ranks 9th in the rating of the “Mechanical Engineering” sector published in the Kommersant newspaper from 25 September. It is notable that the KAMAZ director general ranks second among the top managers of “not Moscow” companies.

Other KAMAZ managers were also given the honour of being mentioned in the highest lines of this rating. Thus, Vladimir Samoylov, Director of Public Relations of KAMAZ Inc., is among the top five directors of public relations and corporate communications of engineering enterprises. Viktor Ganin, Director of Information Technologies Department of KAMAZ Inc. ranks third among IT-directors. The both KAMAZ top managers lead an informal rating among “provincials” in their nominations.
