OREANDA-NEWS  On 06 October was announced, that Roman Sorokin will occupy the post of the Head of  IDGC of Centre, JSC  Corporate Governance Department.

Roman Yurievich graduated in 2002 from the Modern Humanitarian Institute with Jurisprudence specialty. From 2002 to 2004 he worked as a lawyer in Moscow companies. From 2004 he occupied various posts in the Corporate Governance Department of JSC RAO UES of Russia Corporate Centre. From 2005 Roman Yurievich worked as the Head of the Department of Corporate Standards and Methodology of the Corporate Governance Department and Shareholders Relations of JSC RAO UES of Russia Corporate Centre.

Tatyana Kulbakina, who occupied the post of the Head of IDGC of Centre, JSC Corporate Governance Department, was appointed from 1.09.2008 to the post of Director for corporate relations of IDGC of Centre, JSC.
