OREANDA-NEWS. October 3, 2008. RODOVID BANK actively acts at the market of mortgage crediting independently and according to the State Mortgage Institution (SMI). RODOVID BANK gives credits within the frameworks of the program of refunds and maintenance of mortgage credits of SMI. RODOVID BANK has the possibility to give credits in UAH under the low interest rate.

RODOVID BANK has changed the conditions of mortgage credits according to the SMI’s standards. The interest rate now makes 17% annual. The payment for credit grant (the client should pay only once) is 3% from total sum of credit. There is no monthly payment. The clients can get credit for a term from 60 months up to 360 months. The maxima size of credit is 75% from the total cost of habitation.
