OREANDA-NEWS  On 03 October was announced, that as a result of liquidity problems of KIT Finance Bank in the last two weeks, the management of Ingosstrakh IJSC asked the Bank to explain the situation and inform how it plans to repay its debt to the company. Regardless of our numerous requests to KIT Finance, as well as to Gazprombank and Management Company Leader (according to mass media, they were charged with turnaround management of KIT Finance), we received no official reply from them.   In the absence of any information or official position of the management of the above financial institutions and in order to protect its interests, Ingosstrakh IJSC filed claims against KIT Finance as provided for in the legislation.

Ingosstrakh IJSC wishes to inform that it stands open for any negotiations regarding debt restructuring and emphasizes that prolonged silence on behalf of the management of these companies is perceived negatively by the creditors and won’t help to find the way out of this situation.
