OREANDA-NEWS. October 01, 2008. Trading house Na Nemige, one of the largest shopping centers in Minsk, approved the IBA-developed requirements specification for creation of an integrated management system based on “1C: Enterprise 8”. IBA will automate the customer’s accounting using the basic solution “IBA: Management of business enterprise”, reported the press-centre of IBA.

The system is designed to automate the customer’s accounting through creation of automated workplaces at a number of departments. IBA will automate the following business processes of the customer:

Procurement and settlements with suppliers

Pricing for goods and services

Inventory of goods and accompanying documentation including certificates and excises

In-house stock turnover including inventory at warehouses, trade departments, self-service store and warehouse operations

Accounting of cash and non-cash payments

Payroll accounting

Accounting and taxation

Implementing the project, IBA plans to achieve the following results:

Reduced labor input and shorter data processing time

Error elimination at data processing

Online analysis and report generation

Effective data generation for management needs

Use of advanced accounting methods

Additional analytical tools
