OREANDA-NEWS. September 29, 2008. Maksim Salahub, managing partner of Sorainen Minsk office, participated as speaker in the 3rd Austrian Central and Eastern European Economic Forum which took place in Velden am Worthersee, Austria, reported the press-centre of Sorainen.

The event was attended by Austrian, Central and Eastern-Europe based business, as well as by government officials of Minsk oblast of Belarus, Sverdlovsk region of Russia, and others.

This year, the event focused on recent economic development and investment opportunities in Belarus, Ukraine, Russia, and other Central and Eastern European countries. Maksim delivered a presentation on doing business in Belarus within the framework of the section “Market Perspectives for Belarus”, as well as conducted an investments legal workshop in cooperation with Austrian colleagues.
