AvtoKrAZ Increased Service Stations from 23 to 26 in Ukraine
OREANDA-NEWS On 01 October was announced, that the AvtoKrAZ holding company (KRAS), a manufacturer of large-tonnage trucks, increased the number of service stations in Ukraine from 23 to 26 by launching new service stations in Dniprodzerzhynsk, Kryvyi Rih and Kirovohrad in September, Serhii Popenko, chief of the company's service network development department said.
Almost all regions in Ukraine have licensed service stations, he said.
"Service stations are operating almost in all Ukrainian regions. In March, we opened new service stations in Donetsk, Lviv, and Chernivtsi regions, and arranged contracts on launching stations in Dniprodzerzhynsk, Kryvyi Rih and Kirovohrad", he pointed out.
For instance, Russia has nine licensed service stations, there are several stations in Armenia, Georgia, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan.
In 2007 the plant produced 4,206 KrAZ automobiles and automobile sets, which is 20.7% or 721 automobiles more than it produced over 2006.
AvtoKrAZ specializes in the production of 28 base models of dump trucks for opencast mines, timber trucks, tractor trucks, automobiles with enhanced maneuverability for the army, oil and gas mining equipment, and over 400 automobile modifications.
