OREANDA-NEWS  On 01 October was announced, that Limited Liability Company "NOTRA-YUG" on behalf of Southern Telecommunications Company (STC) announced an open tender for sale of estate property. Applications with biddings on the subject of the tender shall be submitted in closed and sealed envelopes.

The organizer of the tender stops receiving applications and money reservations 5 (five) days prior to the date of the tender.

Any legal or natural person who will timely submit an entry application and required documents as well as will reserve money, can take part in the competition.

The list of documents to be presented for participation in the tender:

- A copy of the payment order of transfer of money to the account of the Organizer with the mark of the bank on its execution,

- The offered price presented in the envelope closed and sealed by the Applicant,

- Legal persons shall present constituent documents and balance sheets for the last 3 years,

- Natural persons shall present notarized copy of the passport, a copy of the Registration Certificate For Taxes issued by the tax authority at the place of residence in the territory of the Russian Federation, a notarized consent of the spouse to the deal,

- Two copies of the list of the submitted documents signed by the Applicant,

- Other documents mentioned to the list.

A participant who will offer the highest price will be declared a winner of the tender. The contract of sale and purchase with the winner of the open tender will be concluded within 3 (three) days from the date of the tender. The money reserved by the winner of the tender will be taken into account when paying the complete acquisition price of the real estate object. Other participants of the tender will receive their reserved money back within 10 (ten) days from the date of the approval of the report on the results of the tender.
