OREANDA-NEWS  On 01 October was announced, that General Director of TMM Company Mykola Tolmachov participated in the scientific and technical conference, "The energy efficient and durable house - modern and perspective decisions", where he made a presentation on "The monolithic frame and advanced industrial construction: practice and optimal correlation". The conference was organized by the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction of Ukraine and the Association of "All Ukrainian Union of Construction Materials and Product Producers."

TMM is one of the pioneers of monolithic frame construction in Ukraine. TMM is currently planning to put into practice an industrial construction method. Presently, TMM is building a plant in Vyshneve (Kyiv region), which will produce concrete and reinforced concrete products.

At present, TMM is developing the new "intellectual" houses real estate generation by using the latest technologies for the construction of residential real estate of the highest quality standards. As such, TMM's " intellectual" premium-class residential complex "Triumph" (Kyiv), which was commissioned in June 2008, includes the most modern communication system, and management of the complex's life cycle, which envisages engineering system regulation, protection from unauthorized entry into the apartments, as well as fire or water leakage. The "intellectual apartment" concept also provides the possibility of creating individual living conditions by setting comfortable temperatures and humidity in an apartment as well as being able to monitor one's apartment via the Internet, etc.
