OREANDA-NEWS. On September 29, 2008 Alliance Bank (Almaty), a listing company of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with the press release saying the cooperation memorandum between the bank and Astana city administration was signed in Astana, reported the press-centre of KASE.

"The Parties have agreed on implementation of the joint projects intended for the lending expansion to the prospective industrial enterprises, development of the Bank's payment terminal network, providing of cash settlement services for the public utilities, financing of small and middle size companies operating in the production, trade, service and nutrition sector.
