OREANDA-NEWS. September 29, 2008. "IF Metal" (Sweden) delegation visited Oskol electrometallurgical plant (a subsidiary of Metalloinvest holding), reported the press-centre of Metalloinvest.

The delegation had a guided tour round OEMK’s workshops and a meeting with the plant’s trade union representatives. The parties exchanged experience discussing such issues as protection of employees’ rights and interests through collective bargaining or industrial agreements as well as trade unions’ regulatory and legal framework.

“IF Metal” is the largest trade union in Sweden formed as a result of a merger between the Swedish Industrial Workers' and the Swedish Metalworkers' Union.
