OREANDA-NEWS. September 29, 2008. In 2008, 4,000 students (State Academy of Rail Transport and Mykolaiv-based Sukhomlinski State University) received an NSMEP [National Mass Electronic Payments System] card under Megabank’s Electronic Student ID Card Program, reported the press-centre of Megabank.

This card is featured to combine a payment facility and a student ID card.

According to Marina Neliubova, Head of Product Management and Terminal Network, as saying: "We believe NSMEP has much far-sighted potential, but calls for significant government support".
