OREANDA-NEWS. On September 29, 2008 The International Industrial Bank signed a term loan facility agreement for US 80 million for a term of one year at the rate of LIBOR+2% p.a., reported the press-centre of International Industrial Bank.

The deal launched on July 25, 2008 at US 75 million and successfully closed at US 80 million, with oversubscription of US 5 million.

The Mandated Lead Arrangers are ABN Amro Bank, Banco Finantia, Credit Suisse, Landesbank Berlin and Standard Bank. Standard Bank is the Facility Agent.

The syndicate involves 10 international banks (including MLAs) with commitments of US 1.5 million and up.
