OREANDA-NEWS. September 29, 2008. The administration of Krasnodar Region has agreed to increase the authorized capital of Azov-City Krasnodar Directorate by purchasing the company shares to the amount of 200 million roubles in the region ownership.

According to Oleg Buzunov, General Director of the company, the authorized capital will total to 500 million roubles. It is assumed that the allocated funds will be used for the Azov-City gaming zone infrastructure development.

As noted, the decision on creation of the Azov-City gambling zone within Shcherbinovsky District, Krasnodar Region, and Azov District, Rostov Region, was signed on January 10, 2007 by the Russian Prime Minister. Azov-City Krasnodar Directorate was created in March, 2008.
