OREANDA-NEWS  On 29 September was announced, that TMM Company started construction works of the fourth stage of "Sonyachna Brama" business-class residential-office complex located at 73-79 Lomonosova St (Kyiv). The fourth stage envisages the construction of 3 residential buildings with a total area of 45.2 thousand sq. m.  Currently excavating works for 2 residential buildings of the fourth stage are being carried out.

"Sonyachna Brama complex, consists of 16 buildings: 14 residential and 2 office buildings.

The total area of the complex is 234 sq. m.

At present, 15 of 16 buildings are under construction.

Ground level framework of 6 residential and 2 office buildings within the second and third stages of construction has been installed. The metal frame of the first floors in 4 buildings of the second stage is being installed.

The fine finishing and faзade works, as well as heating and glass installation are being carried out in 5 buildings of the first stage.

Completion of the first, second, third and fourth stages of construction is planned for 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 respectively.

As reported earlier, TMM Company has finished the elaboration of the brand concept of the business-class residential-office complex at 73-79, Lomonosova St. (Kyiv) having announced its new name   -  "Sonyachna Brama".

At present, TMM Company's 11 real estate objects with a total area of 400 thousand sq. m. are under construction. In 2008, TMM Company plans to put in operation over 100 thousand sq. m. of real estate, 70 thousand sq. m. of which are already in operation.
