The Board of the Federal Space Agency held a meeting to evaluate launch readiness of the Soyuz TMA-13 crew vehicle; programs of the ISS-18 expedition and visiting crew 15; readinedd to proceed with finalization of the Soyuz TMA-12 mission. The Board discussed all the issues regarding upcoming Soyuz TMA-13 launch. A.N. Perminov asked the key leaders of the prime entities involved in the Soyuz prelaunch processing to pay special attention to the product assurance processes and components` shipment. `The top-managers must arrange and control the actions aimed at maintaning crew safety, as well as proper operation of the launch and landing facilities`. The Board approved readiness status for Soyuz TMA-13, the crew, and the readiness to proceed with the final stages of the Soyuz TMA-12 mission. Roscosmos Press Office.
