Volga Telecom Paid Out 8th Coupon on VT-4 Bond Issue
OREANDA-NEWS On 26 September was announced, that coupons on Volga Telecom’s VT-4 series non-convertible interest-bearing documentary pay-to-bearer bonds (subject to the centralized custody) were paid.
The yield of the eighth coupon for VT-4 series bond is 7.99% or Rub 19.92 per bond. Yields totaling Rub 59,760,000 were paid to the bondholders in full. The aggregate coupon yield on VT-4 bonds was paid in the amount of Rub 478,080,000.
Volga Telecom’s VT-4 bonds were floated on September 12, 2006 on MICEX via open subscription. The Federal Securities Service (FSS) registered a report on the results of placement of Volga Telecom’s VT-4 non-convertible documentary interest-bearing pay-to-bearer bonds for a total of Rub 3 bln (the bond issue’s state registration number is 4-46-00137-А) on October 19, 2006.
The parameters of the VT-4 bond issue are as follows: 3,000,000 (three million) non-convertible interest-bearing documentary pay-to-bearer bonds with Rub 1,000 (one thousand) par value each. The aggregate nominal value of the issue is Rub 3,000,000,000 (three billion) and the maturity is 7 years. The set date for the call option is September 10, 2009.
The bond issue was arranged by Deutsche Bank, with Svyaz-Bank and Promsvyazbank acting as co-arrangers.
