OREANDA-NEWS   On 26 September was announced, that 14th international specialized exhibition ‘Modern Bakery 2008’ will take place in Expocenter (Russia, Moscow) on October 13 – 16, 2008.

Exhibition " Modern bakery " - the largest exhibition in Russia in the field of a baking production. Leading domestic and foreign manufacturers of the baking and confectionery equipment represent at an exhibition of a novelty of production.

The equipment presented at an exhibition, reflects all  the baking process  from the beginning (Flowmixers, etc.) Up to the end (packing).

For the period of work of an exhibition stands of the majority of the companies turn to mini-shops/mini-bakeries. Thus, it is possible to see the presented equipment " in work " and to make own opinion on quality of the offered goods not only, having studied the presented equipment, but also having tried just baked production.

Well and certainly, any baking product will not turn out without addition of qualitative components. Leading manufacturers and suppliers of components: yeast,  extracts and spices, fats and oils, raw material for a batch and the confectionery industry, a decor, chocolate, chocolate glaze, etc. are constant participants of an exhibition. Snack Academy. Some years successively at an exhibition work "Snack Academy" . Every year "Academy" is devoted to the certain subjects. In 2006 at stand " Academy " baked cottage cheese doughnuts. Doughnuts prepare on the basis of a special baking mix and a special oil. At heating such oil less harmfully also does not render such harmful influence on an organism of the person, as usual oil. About this technologyof baking, developed by Mr. Ulrihom Gerhard, wrote many professional editions. The exhibition is focused on two mainstreams: the equipment and components. But alongside with these areas the exhibition develops the new directions closely connected with baking and confectionery.

As the smell of a fresh batch and fragrant tea or coffee supplement each other, and the theme " Tea and coffee " is excellent addition of traditional subjects of an exhibition.

The interior " Tea and coffee " is a small bakery - a coffee house where the coffee equipment and perfect grades of coffee for preparation of a small amount of an elite drink is presented, and certainly, fresh bakery products which are baked on eyes of visitors. The new tendency - a bakery - a coffee house where the client can drink a cup of fragrant coffee or tea with a fresh batch and to buy the liked grade of coffee or tea, and certainly, bakery products. Coffee grains are fried in presence of the client, and then the refined drink prepares. Also in such мaгaзинчикax - coffee houses always a fresh batch. This idea very popular recently in the Europe. Such small departments can work with success at specialized bakeries, cookeries, cafe, restaurants, filling stations, high schools, etc.
