OREANDA-NEWS. September 25, 2008. Prime Minister of Russia Vladimir Putin has appointed Nikolay Kutyin as Head of the Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision (Rostekhnadzor), reports the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers.

To remind, on Sept 5 2008 Nikolay Kutyin was appointed as acting head of Rostekhnadzor after release of Konstantin Polikovsky from this office on his own request.
