Head of Theoretical Department of the Institute of Super-Conductivity and Solid State Physics Y.Kagan has been granted Order of Honor. In July Kagan marked his 80tyh birthday. He is a leading expert in the field of molecular physics, solid state physics, quantum and classical kinetics, theory of interaction of nuclear radiation and charged particles with matter.
