Dixy Group of Companies is informing of the full payment of coupons on "Dixy-Finans" bonds by the respective payment agent. The State Registration Number of the bond issue is 4-01-36126-R, dated February 9, 2006. The payment agent for these bonds is TRUST Investment Bank (Moscow). The delay has occurred due to a technical failure of the Cash Settlement Center of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation as per information in a circular letter of TRUST Investment bank from September 19, 2008, received by the Dixy Group of Companies. The coupon payment under the bonds was made by the payment agent in full on September 19, 2008. Dixy Group of Companies has transferred 138 360 000 roubles for coupon payment to IB "Trust" on September 15, 2008.
