OREANDA-NEWS. September 23, 2008. Senior underwriter of “European Bureau” of OJSC “Transsiberian Reinsurance Corporation” Andrey Chibikov participated in VIII International Yalta Forum of Insurance Market Participants, which took place on 15-19th of September 2008 in Yalta (Ukraine). It was organized by the “League of Insurance Organizations of Ukraine”.  

The theme of VIII International Yalta Forum was devoted to the international aspects of cooperation, strategic management, motor insurance and assistance risks, conceptual problems of insurance development, pension provision and life insurance, state regulation, insurance intermediaries’ activity. Russian delegation was the most numerous foreign one including 75 delegates.

Andrey Chibikov held multiple negotiations with business partners from other countries. Apart from official business program these meetings of professional insurers and reinsurers give great possibility of private, informal socializing.

In so far as Yalta Forum traditionally gathers key insurers from many countries of the world, it is not the first time OJSC “Transsiberian Re” participate in it.
