On September 19, 2008 As informed earlier, by the decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) of July 31, 2008 amendments No. 12 to the KASE internal document "Rules on Settlement on Foreign Currency Trades" (Rules), effective July 1, 2008 were approved, reported the press-centre of KASE.

These amendments were agreed with the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (AFS) of August 27, 2008.

Amendments have been made due to change of name of one of correspondent banks of KASE: beginning July 1, 2008 The Bank of New York is named as The Bank of New York Mellon.
