OREANDA-NEWS  On 22 September was announced, that the boards of directors of BTA Bank’s subsidiaries BTA Life and BTA Zabota named Aizhulov Anuar Tursunovich their chairperson.

Concurrently, Anuar Aizhulov headed the board of directors of BTA Insurance.

Speaking to the top managers of the insurance companies, Mr Aizhulov has outlined his three-year key tasks in a new position. Thus, all insurance companies within BTA Group must rank number one by collected premiums in the segments where they already do business. "Insurance companies included into the group of the major bank of the country cannot be content with any market share, but the biggest. That is what BTA Bank’s brand and accumulated professional experience of companies bind us to."

Anuar Aizhulov, 35, graduated from Bauman Moscow State Technical University in 1995 and in 2005 he received an Executive MBA degree in UK.

After graduation Mr Aizhulov was engaged in a private sector until 1998 when he joined the government service. Between 2002 and 2005 he was at the wheel of an investment company on London. Mr Aizhulov has led a representative office of BTA Bank in Ukraine since 2005.

Since 2006 he has been a member of the supervisory board of Ukraine’s leading insurance company Oranta NASK and Oranta Life. Mr Aizhulov joined the supervisory board of BTA Bank JSC (Ukraine) in 2007.
