On September 17, 2008 Subsidiary of Bank TuranAlem Insurance company London-Almaty (Almaty), shares of which are traded in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) KASE official list second category, informed KASE by the official letter that the Board of Directors member Serik Timirgaliev on his own initiative discontinued authorities and left the Board of Directors composition from September 3, 2008, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The letter also informs that by the Board of Directors decision from September 10, 2008, Baurzhan Duisekeev entered Internal Audit Service as the internal auditor.
