OREANDA-NEWS On 19 September was announced, that Heliopark Group will commission a four star hotel under its own brand in Q4 2009 in Balashikha.

The object is owned by OOO Oktyabr-Konomir. Investments are over USD 14 million.

Heliopark Group provide technical support at concept design stage and construction of the hotel, it will also be managed by the company after the hotel is put in operation. The management agreement is signed for 10 years.

The hotel will be a part of a 15-storey multi-use leisure complex with total area 17,900 sq. m. The complex will consist of an underground parking, a multiplex Luxor, a restaurant, bar, shops, a hotel and apartments.

The hotel will have 110 rooms and the area of the hotel is 5,150 sq. m. The infrastructure will be made up by a restaurant for 120 guests, a multi-use conference halls, negotiation rooms, a business center, a modern SPA center, a laundry and dry-cleaner’s.

When commenting on the development plans of the chain, the President of Heliopark Group, Alexander Gusakov said: “Nowadays there are not more than two-three projects of the scale in Moscow region, with one of them being a business hotel Heliopark Aquamarine that is located in Dubna”.

Heliopark Hotels & Resorts is a chain of business hotels and 3-4 star hotels. The Group manages assets worth USD 300 million in Russia, Ukraine, and Germany. The hotel owns 14 operating hotels, and 14 projects are under construction. Total number of rooms in all hotels is over 25,000. Total budget of constructed development projects of the Group is over USD 270 million.
