OREANDA-NEWS  On 18 September was announced, that CJSC “Belgorodsky cement”, integrated in “EUROCEMENT group” holding, replaced a life-expired gas duct.

Due to the fact that gas duct is a high-risk facility, before it’s replacement a long-term preparation work was carried out – development of the project and it’s approval by all inspecting authorities, gas duct assembly and leak test. To carry out the existing gas duct tie-in, six specialized gas crews from Belgorod were involved. During execution of works all seven production lines of CJSC “Belgorodsky cement” were shut down. Synergism of the plant power service and the outside organizations enabled to carry out works in record-breaking time.

Investments of “EUROCEMENT group” holding into this project amounted to 1, 8 million rubles.

Upgrading of the gas-supply system will increase safety and reliability of the plant, and also will provide regular gas supply to CJSC “Belgorodsky cement”.
