OREANDA-NEWS  On 18 September was announced, that Interavia launches a new flight from Moscow’s Domodedovo International Airport to Makhachkala. Flights will be operated daily using YAK-42 aircraft.

Flights from Moscow will depart at 16:05 and arrive in Makhachkala at 18:45. Flights from Makhachkala will depart at 20:00 and arrive at the Domodedovo airport at 22:50.

In addition to Interavia, flights between Moscow and Makhachkala are operated by S7 Airlines. Now that a new air carrier is available on this route, passengers will be able to choose more convenient time of departure and arrival at destination.

In 2007, the Moscow aviation node serviced 213,000 passengers on the Moscow - Makhachkala route, which is a 28% increase as compared to the previous year.
