Belarusian-Russian Intergovernmental Protocol Specifies Ownership
OREANDA-NEWS. September 18, 2008. A Belarusian-Russian intergovernmental protocol regulating the right of ownership of some objects located in Belarus and Russia was signed in Moscow on September 16.
The document recognises Belarus’ ownership of the Sanatorium Belarus of the Presidential Property Management Directorate (62 Politekhnicheskaya Street, Sochi, Krasnodar Territory), Sanatorium Belaya Rus of the Presidential Property Management Directorate (the town of Maysky, Tuapse region, Krasnodar Territory).
The document recognises the Russian Federation’s ownership of Belinteravtoservice enterprise, which is located at 23 Rakovskaya Street, Minsk.
The protocol is the basis for authorised agencies of the Russian Federation to register sanatoriums Belarus and Belaya Rus as property of the Republic of Belarus in line with Russian Federation laws.
The document is also the basis for registering Belinteravtoservice enterprise as property of the Russian Federation in line with Belarusian laws.
The protocol legalises the operation of Belarusian sanatoriums in Russia and the Russian company in Belarus.
