OREANDA-NEWS. September 17, 2008. ROSNO’s Kirov branch and KOGUP Shabalinskoye Road Maintenance Enterprise No.43 have concluded a contract for insurance coverage of liability incurred by the contractor in course of performance of works under the public contract, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

Under the said public contract, the insured enterprise will be conducting reconstruction of the road B. Holunitsa-Kirs on the Yudino-Ivantsevo section in the Kirov Region.

Under the contract, the insured risk is the rise of the insurant’s civil liability for non-performance or improper performance of its obligations under the contract (violation of contractual deadlines, violation of contractual terms regarding work volumes and quantities of delivered goods, works of substandard quality, violation of contractual clauses related to assortment, completeness of goods, packing and other breaches). The insured beneficiary is the Road Committee of the Kirov Region.

The contractual insurance amount is 14,884,805 roubles.

The contract will be valid from July 28’ 2008 to August 31’ 2009.
