OREANDA-NEWS  On 17 September was announced, that public and business centre will be erected on Kozhevnicheskaya Street in south Moscow.

“The public and business centre on 20 Kozhevnicheskaya Street is stipulated by the urban development plan aimed at reinventing the area within the Southern Administrative District of Moscow scheduled till 2020. The centre is to start being designed in 2008, its construction will be completed by 2011,” a source from City Hall said.

The centre will comprise 2 buildings, the southern and the northern. Both of them will have a superstructure for offices and a substructure for parking. The Moscow City University of Psychologists and Teachers is to occupy a part of the southern building.

The Krasheninnikovs’ Dwelling House located close to the public and business centre to go up is to undergo restoration during the development as well.
