OREANDA-NEWS  On 17 September was announced, that Ucapital Partners jointly with a private investor from Western Europe concluded a bargain on acquisition of office property of Prime Kiev Portfolio, belonged to the Dutch company GOOIOORD B.V. GOOIOORD B.V. is a member of the largest European investment companies – Rodamco Europe N.V.

Office buildings, which form a property portfolio by a general area 14 thousands sq.m., are located in the Kiev center on Mikhaylovskaya street 11, Bogdana Khmel'nickogo street 48b and 52, Leontovicha street 4, Ivana Franco street 29, 31, 34/33 and 36. Also it includes buildings of 25/40, 38 and 40 on Ivana Franco street and Bogdana Khmel'nickogo 33/34.

At the present moment a number of international and diplomatic legations, including KPMG, Europolis, Nokia, Kraft Foods, KLM, Air France, and embassies of Sweden and Belgium are the leaseholders of these offices.
