OREANDA-NEWS  On 17 September was announced, that KDD Group acquired a new project for its residential portfolio. The project is located on 0.17 ha land plot in the downtown area of Kyiv with a 5-year lease. The purchase price is 4.18 million euros to be paid within 1 year.

The project envisages construction of 5 447 m2 of fine residential space:- 3 865 m2 of premium quality residential (2 965 m2 sellable) - 1 269 m2 of underground parking - 313 m2 of offices (for sale).

The construction start is scheduled for April 2009.

The acquisition is in line with the Company’s strategy for the residential sector development: a strong focus on high-end residential segment with excellent locations and ndervalued acquisition.
