OREANDA-NEWS  On 17 September was announced, that four cement silos of CJSC “Belgorodsky cement”, integrated in CJSC “EUROCEMENT group” holding,  were equipped with new bag filters “Dalmatik” produced by the British company "Donaldson Torit DCE", world leader in development and manufacturing of aspiration systems.

New equipment enables to reach European level in air treatment, used for cement transportation to silos. According to measurements made by specialists of CJSC “Belgorodsky cement” sanitary-industrial laboratory, concentration of dust in the air, having passed through cement silos filters, does not exceed 20 mg/m3, which complies with accepted norms.

Investments of CJSC “EUROCEMENT group” holding in the project were approximately 3, 5 million rubles.

Installation of modern filters at cement silos is one of CJSC “Belgorodsky cement” projects aimed at improvement of the plant’s environment, carried out in the frames of the Holding’s approved strategy for modernization of existing plants.

Earlier the large-scale, scheduled for three years program on reconstruction of the rotary kilns electrostatic precipitators was implemented at the plant.
