OREANDA-NEWS  On 17 September was announced, that Concern Stirol finished upgrade works at its No. 3 ammonia plant. The goal of this reconstruction was to implement energy-saving technologies. It allows the company to save an additional 0.1bcm of natural gas per annum. Plants No. 1 and No. 2 were already modernized in 2006-2007.
